Q:  Where are you located?  How do I get there?

A:  We are in the middle of South Buffalo at 1884 South Park Ave. near Tifft St.  We are directly across the street from Holy Family R.C. Church.

From the N.Y.S.Thruway (Interstate 90): Exit at Ridge Road West (Lackawanna) which is exit 55W. - Proceed on Ridge Road to the 7th traffic light, which is South Park Ave. (At this intersecetion is Our Lady of Victory Basilica) Turn right and follow South Park Ave. (North - towards downtown Buffalo) for approximately 1-1/2 miles and our funeral home will be on the right hand side.

From Downtown Buffalo: Go over the Skyway Bridge (Rte 5).  At the bottom of the bridge go exactly 1-1/4 miles to the Tifft St. exit.  At Tifft St. turn left and proceed for approxmately 1-1/2 miles to the intersection of Tifft St. & South Park Ave.  Turn left at the light and right into our parking lot.  We are directly across the street from Holy Family R.C. Church at this intesection.

Cremations

Q:  Do you handle cremations and memorial services?

A:  Yes.  In fact we were one of the first in the area to offer a full selection of services involving cremation, including Memorial Services, Memorial Gatherings, and unique "Celebration of Life" Services.  We offer a large selection of urns in many materials, which can be personalized if so desired.

Q:  Can you assist us with flowers?

A:  Yes.  We will only recommend the flower shops in the area that we can honestly say have the best prices, best selections and best designs.  Call us for details.

Q:  Do you have Mass Cards and contribution envelopes at your funeral home?

A:  Yes.  We have both Perpetual Care Mass Cards and contribution envelopes from most local charitable organizations, plus an "all purpose" contribution envelope if you wish to allow the family to make the decision on where to donate the offering.  We do not charge for these envelopes.

Pre-Need Arrangements

Q:  We are interested in making "PreNeed" Arrangements.  Do I need to make an appointment?

A:  We would prefer that you call ahead so that we can arrange to spend as much time as needed to fully answer all of your questions and to assist you in making many important decisions.

Q:  I have already made a "Pre-Need" arrangement with another funeral home.  Can I change this arrangement to yor funeral home?

A:  Absolutely.  Whether you paid for this arrangement or not, New York State Law requires that all pre-need accounts can be transferred to a funeral home of your choice at any time you so desire. THAT IS THE LAW! - Call us for details.

Q:  What about out of town deaths?

A:  This is very common nowadays and we have a great deal of experience in this area.  Whether a death occurs in another state or another country, we can handle all of the details.  CALL US FIRST - LET US DO THE WORK FOR YOU!

Q:  What does a funeral or a cremation cost?

A:  This depends on what you are looking for.  The cost could be very modest for the simplest of services, up to whatever you are looking for.  We would be glad to quote you for the type of funeral or cremation you have in mind.  We can also give you approximate quotes on cemetery costs.

REMEMBER - We will work with you.  We will do our very best to tailor a service to fit into your budget.  We can assist with benefits through Social Services, the Veterans Administration and S.S.I. - we accept insurance assignments and most major credit cards.  WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU! - CALL US!

Q:  How do I pay for a funeral?

A:  Often, families have life insurance policies to cover the final expenses.  We also gladly accept major credit cards, Social Services payments and Veterans Burial Allowances.  CALL US - WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!  Cash advances such as the cemetery costs and the paid death notice are the direct responsibility of the next of kin.  We will advise you of the cash advance monies needed and act as your agent in delivering these monies for you.
